Full Circle Case

De Ceuster

Craftsmanship pays off.

De Ceuster delivers total solutions for horticulture, sports and recreation grounds and levelling works. A family business with more than half a century of expertise, an impressive machine fleet and, above all, people who know their trade.

When Els De Ceuster took over the company in 2021, she felt it was time for the marketing to shift up a gear too. Not by turning everything upside down, but by telling more sharply what De Ceuster stands for.

The story in four chapters.

“First identity, then publicity.”

The call

Naturally, we started with the basics. Who are we today? Where do we want to go? And how do we translate that into a brand that speaks to clients and employees alike?

So no quick campaign, but a foundation to align all the marketing with. The start of a lasting partnership.

How do you let craftsmanship speak without shouting it from the rooftops?

The dare

De Ceuster doesn't need to explain how good they are. They need to let people feel it. That brings you to the people, the know-how, the machine fleet and the no-nonsense mentality.

We brought that character sharply into view and built the marketing around De Ceuster's values. We called them ground rules and gave them inspiring words: solid ground under your feet, moving heaven and earth for clients, and keeping both feet on the ground.

Craftsmanship that deserves to be seen.

The payoff

From identity to content. From content to campaigns. And from campaigns to a full-circle marketing approach that makes the craftsmanship visible, day after day.

From website, photography and video to social media, advertising and employer branding. Always from the same basis: showing what De Ceuster can do, who does it and why that makes the difference. And behind it all is a company that keeps improving, invests in technology and even develops its own machines.

So marketing didn't become a layer on top of the company, but an extension of who De Ceuster really is.

The fearless

Once the marketing foundations were in place, we brought De Ceuster's tone of voice to life through the craftsmen themselves. They talk about their “machien”, their machine, in their own trade lingo. And that may well be the De Ceuster way of doing marketing.
